Due to the effects of the pandemic, AARP will be offering their annual Tax Aide service virtually through a link on the AARP website or over the phone only; face-to-face appointments are suspended for this year. As of now, AARP does not have a specific start date or a link to this service. Since this was a service we hosted in-person at the library, we will keep you updated on when a start date is announced. Please keep checking here and on our social media channels for up-to-date information.

Once every ten years, the U.S. Census Bureau counts every person living in the 50 states, District of Columbia, and five U.S. territories. The results determine congressional representation and inform decisions about allocating hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding to communities across the country, including Pearl River. That's why it's so important that everyone in our community is counted.
